TeenRiver Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview
At TeenRiver, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently, safely, and within the specified timeframes. This Delivery and Fulfillment Policy outlines how we handle processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure smooth and transparent service.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after hours or on weekends are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified.
3. Fulfillment Timeline
After order confirmation:
- Standard Delivery: Within 18 business days.
- Local Delivery (Montserrado Residents): Time depends on your location.
- Pick-Up Orders: You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
4. Delivery Methods
We use trusted third-party logistics providers, including FedEx, to handle deliveries both locally and internationally. TeenRiver is not affiliated or partnered with FedEx or any courier; we simply use their services to deliver products.
5. Delivery Fees
Shipping and delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and method chosen.
- Local delivery fees (for Montserrado) vary by area.
- Home delivery is not free.
- Pick-up is the default option if delivery is not selected.
6. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information from the courier. You can monitor your order’s progress directly via the carrier’s website.
7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or absence at the delivery time, additional delivery fees may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Order modifications or cancellations are only possible before shipment. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
10. Fulfillment Responsibility
TeenRiver ensures all items are packaged securely and dispatched through reliable couriers. However, once shipped, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms and transit conditions.
