1. Overview
At TeenRiver, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets expectations. This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. By purchasing from TeenRiver, you agree to this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item is in the same condition you received it (no damage, stains, or missing parts).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Non-returnable items include:
- Intimate wear or hygiene-related products.
- Digital goods or downloadable products.
- Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@teenriver.com within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization if eligible.
- Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
- Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 90 days of return approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Credit/Debit Card, or other payment services).
Important Notes:
- Payment processing fees, card transaction fees, and gateway service charges are non-refundable.
This means that any service-related fee charged by third-party processors (e.g., WooshPay, card networks, or mobile money platforms) cannot be included in your refund amount. - If a partial refund is granted, only the eligible portion of the product price will be returned after deducting such fees.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact support@teenriver.com within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and verified.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
Please note: payment processing or transaction fees from cancellations are not refundable once the order is placed.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Double-check your bank or payment account.
- Contact your payment provider for updates.
