Shipping Policy

Orders placed after business hours or during weekends will be processed on the next working day.

- African Markets: Up to 14 business days

The final amount will be displayed before payment confirmation.
6. Customs and Duties

TeenRiver is not liable for these charges or for any delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Order Tracking

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or absence of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

9. Pick-Up Option
If home delivery is not selected, pick-up becomes the default option once your order arrives in your country.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup at the specified location.
