How Store Credits Work
- Issuing Credits:
- When a refund is processed, the equivalent amount of the productâs value is added to the customerâs store credit balance.
- Customers will be notified via email or SMS when credits are issued.
- Using Credits:
- Store credits can be applied during checkout.
- If the total purchase amount exceeds the store credit balance, customers can pay the difference using other payment methods.
- Tracking Credits:
- Customers can view their store credit balance in their account dashboard.
- Vendors can also track issued store credits through the vendor dashboard.

Refunds via Store Credits

Limitations of Store Credits
- Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits are only valid for purchases made on TeenRiver.
- Store credits do not expire.
How to Use Store Credits on the Site
- Log in to your TeenRiver account.
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select âUse Store Creditsâ at the payment section.
- The store credit balance will be applied to the total amount due.
- Complete the transaction by paying any remaining balance using a preferred payment method.
Vendor Guidelines for Issuing Store Credits
- Navigate to the âOrdersâ section in your vendor dashboard.
- Select the order eligible for a refund and choose âIssue Store Credits.â
- Enter the correct amount and confirm.
- Notify the customer about the issued credits.
