3. Vendor Obligations

3.1 Vendors must adhere to TeenRiver’s Vendor Requirements Policy.
3.2 Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of their products.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Post or sell prohibited items as outlined in the Prohibited Items Policy.
  • Interfere with the operation of the TeenRiver platform.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Customers must make payments using the methods provided on the TeenRiver platform.
5.2 All transactions are subject to TeenRiver’s Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Vendors are responsible for delivering products to TeenRiver’s appointed drop-off destination, for timely delivery to be done by Teenriver, Shipping or delivery of goods is done by Teenriver.
6.2 TeenRiver facilitates order tracking and ensures timely updates to customers.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 TeenRiver provides a mediation process for disputes between customers and vendors.
7.2 Unresolved disputes may result in account penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability

TeenRiver is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from vendor non-compliance or customer misuse.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

9.1 TeenRiver reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
9.2 Users may request account termination at any time.

10. Policy Updates

TeenRiver may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Agreement to this terms means that you have agreed and viewed our Extra Terms (policy) page
