Returns and Refunds Policy

TeenRiver is dedicated to customer satisfaction and ensuring a fair experience for all users. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which products may be returned or refunded.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Customers may request a return within three (3) days of delivery.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.3 Items not eligible for return include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Intimate or sanitary products, such as undergarments.
  • Items marked as final sale.

2. Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return:

  • Contact TeenRiver’s support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
  • Wait for return authorization and instructions.

2.2 Returns must be shipped to the designated address provided by TeenRiver. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • If the returned item meets all return eligibility requirements.
  • If an order is canceled before shipment.

3.2 Refunds are processed within 90 days of the return approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, customers is also responsible for the refund fee which is 2.5% subtracted from the original payment or if refunded with store credits there will be no such fees.

3.3 Non-refundable cases include:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Returns initiated outside the eligible return window.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify TeenRiver within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

4.2 TeenRiver will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed defective items.
