•Customers must keep their phone active and within reach during checkout to receive the MTN MoMo USSD prompt and authorize the payment with their PIN.

2.4 Compliance with Laws

•Customers agree to use TeenRiver’s services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Liberia.

3. Payment via MTN Mobile Money

3.1 Authorization

•By selecting MTN MoMo as a payment method, customers authorize MTN to process the payment on behalf of TeenRiver.

3.2 Payment Failure

•TeenRiver is not responsible for transaction failures caused by:

•Insufficient funds in the MoMo wallet.

•Inactive or incorrect phone numbers.

•Network issues on the MTN platform.

3.3 Security

•Customers are solely responsible for keeping their MTN MoMo PIN secure and confidential. TeenRiver will never ask for your PIN under any circumstances.

3.4 Refunds

•Refunds for MTN MoMo payments will be processed in accordance with our refund policy (see Section 6).

4. Product Availability and Delivery

4.1 Product Descriptions

•TeenRiver strives to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes

•Delivery times may vary based on location. TeenRiver is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or transportation issues.

4.3 Customer Responsibilities During Delivery

•Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the product at the specified delivery address.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
